YOUR TASKS:

  • The administration and ensuring the functionality of the CRM tool Salesforce is part of your area of responsibility.
  • You actively support the creation of reports and dashboards, offer training for key users and are available as a competent contact person in 2nd level support.
  • You are passionate about process optimisation through the implementation of Salesforce automations, with a particular focus on flows.
  • In your role, you will not only manage and coordinate the internal CRM team, but also our service providers. In addition, you will continuously evaluate our Salesforce licence agreement. 
  • You will be responsible for requirements elicitation and prioritisation in close collaboration with national and international stakeholders, in particular Salesforce key users.
  • With your expertise, you will lead Salesforce projects in agile environments to continuously adapt and improve our Salesforce org to new requirements and changes in the Salesforce product landscape.
  • Your tasks will include the realisation, testing and implementation of quick wins as well as the development of new functions within the Salesforce standard in agile projects.
  • From prototyping to the implementation of finished solutions, you will be responsible for the entire process of introducing new functions.
  • You will initiate and coordinate cross-channel CRM measures to ensure a seamless customer experience.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • You have a successful university degree in (business) informatics, business administration or a technical degree programme. 
  • You have practical experience with the Salesforce platform, in particular Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement. Further experience, such as Experience Cloud, Salesforce Surveys Data Cloud and Einstein, is an advantage.
  • You are certified as an administrator. Further certifications (Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, ...) are an advantage.
  • Ideally, you already have experience with CRM processes in sales, service and marketing.
  • You have a hands-on mentality.
  • Fluency in English is required, additional knowledge of German is an advantage.
